This Personal Data Processing Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes how Rama Lights collects and processes information about you. The Privacy Policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect through the Website. http://www.ramalights.com ("Website") is the data controller for your personal data. Collection and legal basis

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the Website, such as the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on the Website, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer. The purpose is to optimise the user experience and functionality of the website and to carry out targeted marketing, including retargeting via Facebook and Google. This processing of information is necessary to pursue our interests in improving the website as well as to show you relevant offers.  The legal basis for the processing is the EU Personal Data Regulation, Article 6(1)(f). When you purchase a product or communicate with us on the website, we collect the information you provide yourself, such as name, address, email address, telephone number, payment method, information about which products you purchase, delivery method, as well as information about the IP address from which the order was placed.  The purpose is to enable us to deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfil our agreement with you, including administering your rights to complain. We may also process information about your purchases to comply with legal requirements, including for accounting and financial reporting purposes. For purchases, IP addresses are collected for this purpose and in our interest of fraud prevention. The legal basis for the processing is the EU General Data Protection Regulation Art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f).

Recipients of personal data

Data may be shared with external partners who process the data on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, the technical operation and improvement of the website, sending order confirmations and targeted marketing, including retargeting, and for your evaluation of our company and products. These companies are data processors and process data on our instructions for which we are the data controller. The data processors are not permitted to use the data for any purpose other than to fulfil their contract with us and are bound to maintain confidentiality about it. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf. Following a completed transaction, information about your name and email will be passed to Trustpilot so that an invitation can be sent to you on our behalf with the aim of rating us on the Trustpilot website. If you choose to submit a review on TrustPilot, TrustPilot becomes the data controller for the information provided.  Two of these data processors, Google Analytics v/Google LLC. and Facebook Inc. are established in the United States. Your rights

Right of access

You have the right at any time to request information from us about, among other things, what data we hold about you, the purpose for which we hold it, any categories of personal data and recipients of data, and information about the origin of the data. You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, please send a written request to hello@ramalights.com You may be asked to prove that you are who you say you are.

Right to rectification

You have the right to have us correct inaccurate personal information about you. If you find that the information we hold about you is incorrect, please contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.

Right to erasure

In certain cases you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, for example if you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis for further processing. Where further processing of your data is necessary, e.g. to comply with our legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we are not obliged to erase your personal data.

The right to restrict processing to storage

You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data to storage in certain circumstances, for example if you believe that the information we are processing about you is not accurate.

Right to data portability

In certain cases, you have the right to receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another

Right to object

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. You also have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data relating to you which is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests as set out in points 2.1 and 2.3.

The right to withdraw consent

Right to complain 

You have the right at any time to lodge a complaint against our processing of your personal data with the Danish Data Protection Authority, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen C. Complaints can be made by email dt@datatilsynet.dk or by telephone +45 33 19 32 00.

Deletion of personal data

The data collected under 2.1. about your use of the website will be deleted at the latest when you have not used the website for 1 year. Data collected in connection with purchases you have made on the website under point 2.2 will normally be deleted 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase. However, the data may be stored for longer if we have a legitimate interest in storing it for a longer period, e.g. if it is necessary for the establishment, assertion or defence of legal claims or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements. Accounting records are retained for 5 years after the end of a financial year to comply with the requirements of the Accounting Act.

Security

We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational security measures against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure of personal data and against its misuse. Only employees who have a genuine need to access your personal data in order to perform their job have access to that data.
