Terms of service

These conditions apply to the purchase of goods from Rama Lights ApS, VAT no.: DK44283697, Århusgade 118, 2150 Nordhavn, Copenhagen, Denmark.

Payment

We accept payment by credit card, international credit card, invoice (only for corporations) and EAN (only for public clients). The amount will be debited immediately after completion of the order. All prices are quoted in DK, Euro & USD including VAT.

Payment safety

All card data is processed by stripe.com, which is certified to handle payment data. Stripe.com ensures that all information is processed in encrypted form so that neither Rama Lights nor anyone else can access your card details.

Card details

The use and storage of card details for future use is therefore solely between you and Stripe.com, including when you provide your details in connection with a purchase on Craftedxnature.com.
If you choose to accept the storage of your card details by Stripe.com, you will be able to process your payment more quickly the next time you make a purchase on ramalights.com or on other websites where Nets.eu is the payment solution provider.

Saving your card for payment

To make it as easy as possible for you, we offer registered users the option to save their payment card details so that they only need to be entered once. Your payment details are stored securely and confidentially with Stripe.com. Rama Lights will then automatically debit the money associated with your order when you choose to pay with one of the registered cards.

Delivery

The price of delivery depends on distance and weight and will be calculated when you enter your address.

Cancellation

Cancellation of your order after 48 hours is not possible as all lamps are made to order.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing lamps, there is no right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Protection Act § 18, para. 2, no. 12.

Complaints

If you have any complaints about your order, please contact us at hello@ramalights.com or by telephone on +45 40109899. Complaints must be made as soon as possible after receipt or in the event of non-delivery. This applies to both the delivery and the contents. This way we can respond immediately and provide you with a better service.

Information about complaints

You can lodge a complaint about a product or service you have bought from us with the Centre for Complaints at the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Centre for Klageløsning via www.forbrug.dk.

The European Commission's online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, please indicate our e-mail address hello@ramalights.com.
