How to place an order?
Feel free to visit our website at ramalights.com to buy Nordic lamps crafted by Rama Lights. All orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are covered for orders within the EU. Please note that products will be prepared for shipment within 3-5 days from the date of payment in full. The countdown for the 3-5 days lead time begins once we have received your order.

Is it possible to return an order?
Certainly, we do accept returns for orders. Please ensure the item is in our possession within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Damages Policy
Any damages upon delivery must be documented and reported within 5 working days of receipt. RAMA LIGHTS will not be responsible for any repairs or replacements for damaged goods reported after this period. If damage occurs during shipment, it is crucial to retain all packaging. The goods must be signed for as ‘damaged’ or ‘not checked’. Failure to follow these steps may invalidate any claim.

Our warranty covers a 2-year period for Denmark and a 1-year period for other EU and non-EU countries
Do you ship your Lamps overseas?
Our shipping covers all corners of the world. You can expect shipping fees to be applied at checkout. Keep an eye out for our ongoing discounts and exclusive offers.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10-12 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. At our Shopify Store, order processing times differ based on your location. For customers within the same country, orders generally take 3-5 days to arrive. However, for international deliveries, please allow for a longer shipping time of approximately 10-12 days. Detailed delivery instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.
Optimal height for a pendant lamp:
When installing a pendant lamp, consider the following guidelines for optimal placement:
Above a Table Top:
- Maintain a distance of 60 - 70 cm between the top of the table and the bottom edge of the pendant light.
- Leave 30 - 50 cm between the side edge of the table and the side edge of the lamp.
Above a Kitchen Island:
- Allow more space for a kitchen island. Aim for 70 - 85 cm between the worktop of the island and the bottom edge of the pendant.

Cord styles and color choices
Cord & Ceiling Connection Options:
The textile cord of the light is available in a variety of colors. By default, we will provide the light with our standard color combinations, which include: BLACK fabric cord.

Please refer to the following table for recommended heights based on your specific installation location:
Ceiling Lamp Cord:
The cord may pass directly through a hole in the ceiling (recommended for suspended ceiling panels) or be secured with cord clips to guide the connection away from the ceiling suspension towards the nearest electrical output.
